Items that have been customized, including anodized products, are considered made-to-order.  

These items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable once processing has begun.  

Color outcomes may vary slightly due to the nature of the anodizing process.

• The item has a confirmed manufacturing defect

• Description of the issue  

Requests submitted beyond this period may not be accommodated.
